Caesars Entertainment required a payment solution that could integrate with their Total Rewards Loyalty program and work across its enterprise as an omni commerce platform to support the more than fifty (50) Caesars Entertainment integrated resort properties.
Guest’s wager securely and in real time using the Caesars Entertainment Casino & Sports App using their iOS or Android device and also earn rewards they can redeem and spend anywhere in the Caesars Entertainment network of resorts including their hotels, restaurants, bars etc.
Caesars Entertainment understands the importance of a guest’s ability to seamlessly fund, deposit, withdraw and to get access to their winnings that allows the freedom to spend immediately. As part of the omni commerce experience, in partnership with their platform provider Scientific Games, the guest experience we designed was a personalized Play+ mobile bank account solution aptly named “Caesars Entertainment Play+”.
Guest funds can be easily and instantly loaded through Sightline’s specialized proprietary network (“SPAN”) and deposits of winnings could be made instantly available to guests on their Caesars Entertainment Play+ prepaid card.
The Caesars Entertainment program was an instant success. The new Play+ system immediately eliminated guests waiting in line and reduced the hassle for guests of having to obtain cash and putting that cash on deposit at the casino. For Caesars Entertainment operations it solved the inefficiency of fulfilling cage cashier processes and manual back office payouts, reduced cash handling and labor expenses, and provided greater control and oversight of the entire payment function.
Furthermore, the guests experienced other immediate benefits, including the faster payment of their winnings, therefore eliminating the time they use to spend going to the casino to retrieve their winnings or waiting for a check in the mail. Overall, this has helped to improve the relationship between Caesars Entertainment and their guests and increased the guest’s loyalty to Caesars Entertainment while providing increased revenue generation and spending within the Caesars Entertainment integrated resort properties.
